Labrador Retrievers enjoy a swim and are frequently described as water dogs.
They have a topcoat of somewhat longer hair and a thick undercoat, which keeps out the water like a kind of diving suit. Between their toes the dogs even have webbing.
Fun Fact
A female Labrador Retriever brings about five to ten puppies into the world in each litter.
