A working re-creation of his 15th Century design.
Leonardo designed a wide range of catapults, some functional, some not so much.
This catapult re-creates one of Leonardo’s more interesting designs that uses the power of bent wood to launch projectiles.
- Make and launch small projectiles up to 10 metres!
- Easy to make in about 30 minutes
- MDF wood pre-cut and ready to assemble (some glue needed)
- Great STEM kit to learn about levers and simple machines, combined with history and launching things - awesome!
Dimensions once built: 18cm x 6cm x 9cm
